About me
Ingeborg Leonoor
Hi there! My name is Ingeborg Leonoor, a Reiki Master and Breathwork facilitator with a deep passion for these healing practices. I was born and raised in the Netherlands, but my love for traveling, along with my father's job abroad, has led me to explore different corners of the world at a young age. When I was 17, my family and I moved to Thailand, an experience that only fueled my passion for exploring different cultures and ways of life.
After finishing my high school education in Thailand, I moved to Amsterdam to pursue a degree in Hospitality Management at the Hotelschool The Hague. While studying, I had the opportunity to spend time in Madrid, immersing myself in the vibrant Spanish culture and gaining a deeper understanding of various lifestyles and cultures around the world. I immediately fell in love with Spain, its people, and its warm and passionate culture, making it a place that holds a special place in my heart. Upon returning to Amsterdam at the age of 21, I faced a mentally and physically challenging phase in my life. It was during this time that I was first introduced to the transformative practices of Reiki and Breathwork, which have left a lasting impression on me.
In the last year of my studies, I relocated to Yogyakarta, Indonesia and faced another beautiful yet intense chapter in my life. However, it was here that my dear friend and guru, Mas Danang, reintroduced me to Reiki. Thanks to this reintroduction I became more connected to the practice and its benefits once again.
Before going back to the Netherlands for a few months, I completed my Reiki level 1&2 training in Bali, with the intention of using it for self-healing. But as I deepened my practice and returned to Indonesia, those closest to me at the time encouraged me to spread my abilities to others. As a result I started hosting Reiki circles and one-on-one Reiki sessions.
Reiki is an incredibly gentle healing technique that I deeply admire. However, the most powerful and impactful healing sessions I've had, led by different facilitators, have always incorporated the transformative power of conscious connected breathing. These profound experiences inspired me to explore the power of the breath further, leading me to pursue a Breathwork facilitator training. I strongly believe that combining the gentle energies of Reiki with the powerful force of breath can bring us into deeper connection with ourselves. One of the reasons why I offer these great tools 😉.
Over the last three years, I have been residing in Indonesia on and off, and am currently based in Bali. While living here, I have been immersing myself in the diverse local culture and sharing the love and healing power of the various techniques I have learned and rediscovered in recent times. To me, using my healing abilities is not just a technique - it is a way of life. It has taught me to be present, compassionate, and in tune with myself and those around me. It brings me immense joy to help others tap into their own inner healing abilities and witness the positive impact it can have on their lives.
Thank you for taking the time to get to know me a little bit better. I can't wait to connect with you and share this beautiful healing practice together.
